How ASAP Works
Once we have your application, we will set up a time with you to go over the following (over the phone):
- Discuss your family’s specific needs
- Go over the ASAP Sitters, LLC Service Agreement, which will be emailed to you.
- Schedule any sitters needed at this time.
Requesting a Sitter
When you request a sitter, you will be emailed a detailed profile(s) for an available sitter(s). Once you approve the babysitter, she/he will be confirmed for you and will give you a Check-in Call prior to the scheduled babysitting date.
Detailed information, including the Sitter Application, references, and Background Check, about any sitter is available by request.

The regular referral fee is $10.00 per referral. For all requests coming in with 48 hours or less notice the referral fee is $15. For all requests coming in with 24 hours notice or less the fee is $20. Every possible effort will be made to accommodate your request, but we are unable to make guarantees with any sitter requests. Sitter Screening Process
All prospective sitters fill out our extensive Sitter Application. The application is then reviewed and if it meets our qualifications, a preliminary phone interview is conducted. If the sitter successfully completes the preliminary phone interview, a personal interview follows. After the personal interview, we begin verification of personal and professional references, as well as a criminal background check. We also require that all sitters have a current driver’s license and auto insurance and provide documentation proving so.
